EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To exchange or return an YUMELD product, fill the form that is sent together with the order and ensure its shipment to the address mentioned in the document, within 14 days after the product delivery. Once the return is received by our services, the amount is transferred back to you.

In case of exchange, you should then make a new purchase at YUMELD online store, writing the first order reference in the PROMO CODE field. This way, we won’t charge you shipping costs for the new item.

Conditions:

YUMELD items should be received in perfect conditions, with no signs of use or washing.

Make sure the product is properly accommodated, to ensure it won’t be damaged during the transport.

YUMELD does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transport in the return or exchange process. You are advised to make a registration or a notice of receipt to safeguard the return.

In an international return, YUMELD does not assume customs fees.
